If matter consists of inanimate objects how is it that these inanimate objects are responsible for becoming alive?

people get mad when they get sick or die, but how can matter be responsible? Is there a force/power causing matter to become alive?

“Life” isn’t a magic substance that has to be poofed into something by a god. When organic structures reach a certain level of complexity they fit the biological definition of life.
