In projectile motion constant horizontal velocity Vx is assumed.
Time to reach target is T = 140m / Vx = 0.5 s
Vertical deflection in time T = 0.5*g*T2 = 0.5*9.8*0.52 m = 1.23 m
So the bullet passes 1.23 m under the target.
